Managing Director - Principal Consultant
ARKK Consulting's MEP expertise is backed by 35+ years of dedicated design experience of its Leader and Principal Consultant, R N Joshi. RN, as he is fondly called by his business associates and industry colleagues, has successfully delivered large and diverse projects in both national and international arenas.
RN is a BEE approved Energy Manager and has been a certified ISO Auditor. He is presently part of the eight-member ISHRAE National Committee for Technical Standards. He has held several positions in ISHRAE since 2006 and was President of its Mumbai chapter in
2019-20. During his association with ISHRAE, the Mumbai chapter which he led was awarded the Best Chapter Award.
Prasad Kulkarni
Director
Prasad started his career as specializing in HVAC over 20 years ago and has developed himself into a full fledged MEP Design Specialist. He has been managing complex projects such as Hospitals, Hotels, Factories, Large Residential Establishments, etc.
Having risen through the ranks, Prasad has always been a hands-on consultant. He manages Design Coordination and site related issues with a focus on providing practical solutions which are cost effective to the clientele.
Milind Bhide
Director
Milind started his career specializing in Electrical and LV Design over 20 years ago and has developed himself into a full fledged MEP Design Specialist.
While managing MEP Design Coordination, Milind specializes in Statutory Compliance. He is also responsible for internal trainings and development of the in-house team. He is a skilled consultant for Environmental Clearance of large scale projects.
Shamir Talkar
Business Lead - MEP & Green Building
Expert in navigating local building codes, National Electrical Codes (NEC), and green building standards (LEED). Adept at collaborating with architects, developers, and multi-disciplinary MEP teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Shamir also heads the Green Building Accreditation vertical of the company.
